The cushions are water-repellent but not waterproof. If the cushions are exposed to a lot of rainwater - they should be dried thoroughly. The bamboo furniture is very durable, but we encourage you to store your furniture inside during winter, this will increase the life span of your furniture. and a maintenance guide on how to treat, clean and maintain your bamboo furniture so it will last for many years to come, will be included. 

The water repellent cushion covers can be washed at 40 degree. The product is delivered unassembled and we recommend that it is assembled with a rubber mallet or the included bamboo tube. 

From August 2022, the cushions on the Beate lounge series will be delivered in a new improved quality, therefore, color difference compared to previous collections may therefore occur.
